  • Birth Doula Support: Providing continuous physical, emotional, and informational support during labor and birth, including comfort measures such as massage, breathing techniques, relaxation skills, and positional changes.
  • Prenatal and Postpartum Care: Conducting home visits before and after birth to help clients develop a birth plan, learn coping techniques, and process their birth experience.
  • Lactation Assistance: Offering consultations and classes on infant cues, proper latch and positioning, establishing milk supply, and other breastfeeding topics.
  • Childbirth Education: Classes covering topics such as pregnancy milestones, stages of labor, newborn basics (e.g., diaper care, sleep safety, car seat safety), and breastfeeding.
  • Midwife’s Assistant Services: Jaunitta also serves as a midwife’s assistant for home births, trained in clinical skills such as monitoring vitals and fetal heart rates, assisting the midwife during visits and delivery, and helping set up the birth space.
  • Special Services: Additional offerings include prenatal yoga instruction and infant massage assistance.
